Matthew Warhaftig

Matthew Warhaftig joined Northcross Capital in 2019 and has over 15 years of financial services experience. Matthew’s roles have covered all aspects of Global Banking, delivering major change programmes and as COO in financial markets. Prior to joining Northcross, Matthew was a Director at NatWest Markets and Royal Bank of Scotland where he spent 10 years in a number of senior leadership positions. These included, COO of RBS’s Money Markets and Repo businesses through an intense period of change and regulatory reform. He has a wealth of experience in operational improvements, business development, organisation transformation, and brings an entrepreneurial drive and energy as Northcross continues to grow.
